As Sous Chef, you will prepare star-level dishes together with the Cuisine team. Delivering high quality is a matter of course for you. You are (co-)responsible for the kitchen and its stock. You coordinate the work in the kitchen and compose culinary, tasteful menus, fitting Beluga Loves You and the season.
You strive to create a pleasant working atmosphere and beautiful dishes that amaze our guests. Together with your colleagues, you will form a close-knit team and ensure that our guests experience an unforgettable afternoon/evening.

Cooking is your passion! You are a graduate of a cookery school and have relevant work experience within the high end. You have a feeling for layout and presentation and an eye for quality and hygiene. You are creative, eager to learn and continue to develop yourself.
As a Sous Chef, you can work together and are stress-resistant. You are a real team player and know how to manage and motivate your colleagues in a pleasant way. You know the needs, capacities and limitations of the kitchen staff and know how to take these into account.
Finally, you speak fluent Dutch or English.
