At Beluga Loves You we always strive for the very best for our guests. We prefer to use local products as much as possible. After all, there is so much beauty to be found in the neighborhood, as long as you take a good look around.
It is then a wonderful challenge to show through the dishes that we can be proud of what our region has to offer. That constant search for simplicity is what makes my profession so fantastic.
