As a maître, you are the person who is most in contact with our guests. You welcome our guests and perceive the real needs of our guests; in order to provide the most personalised service possible. As the leader, you will be the contact person throughout the service, supervising the service staff and working hand in hand with the chef de cuisine to ensure that the guest's experience is unique. Together with your colleagues, you will form a real, close-knit team. You ensure that the restaurant is in order, draw up the rosters and manage the stock. You also plan, organise and coordinate events such as the Preuvenemint.
From the guest's arrival, you and your colleagues ensure that the guest has a unique, pleasant and comfortable visit from start to finish: in other words, you ensure that the guest has an unforgettable afternoon/evening. In this, it is important that everyone works together to ensure that all tasks around the service are fulfilled, and you as the leader lead by example. You know how to motivate your colleagues to provide the highest level of service.

You know how to perceive the real needs of our guests and how to provide service at the highest level. In addition, you know the needs, capabilities and limitations of the service staff and know how to take these into account. You are a real team player and know how to manage and motivate your colleagues in a pleasant way.
As a maître, you oversee everything, can delegate, are stress-resistant and can, control your emotions. You are enthusiastic, service-oriented and representative. You have administrative and organisational skills, can plan well and improvise when things do not go as planned. You have an eye for detail and a sense of quality.
Experience within the hospitality industry is a requirement. Finally, you speak fluent Dutch.
