As a sommelier at Beluga Loves You, you will guide our guests through our extensive wine list in an inspired manner. You have a good sense of the guest's needs. You listen, advise, inform, surprise and amaze. You are also responsible for and have knowledge of non-alcoholic drinks. Based on your knowledge and skills, you lift the guest's culinary afternoon/evening to a higher level. You are part of the service team and help ensure that our guests experience an unforgettable afternoon/evening.

Naturally, you are (co-)responsible for the purchasing and composition of the wine collection. You ensure optimal storage, stocking and management of the wine cellar and climate cabinets. Together with the chef de cuisine, you coordinate the wine collection with our dynamic menu.
